Automotive knowledge is helpful, but is NOT required. Immediate and ongoing training provided. Recent high volume phone experience and excellent computer skills are a MUST! Position Details:

  • Answer inbound calls to schedule service appointments
  • Confidently recommend/promote services
  • Outbound customer satisfaction calls
  • Respond to customer email & chats
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
  • Follow up with customers who are overdue for service
  • Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives
  • Log customer information and purify database.

Requirements:
  • Experience handling in/outbound calls
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization & ability to multi-task
  • Thrive in fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Strong PC and Internet Skills
  • Submit to and successfully pass pre-employment drug screen, driving record and background check.

Summary: The Sales and Leasing Professional is responsible for working with customers to identify their vehicle needs, finding the appropriate vehicle to meet their needs while ensuring each customer has an outstanding car buying experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follows dealership sales process and complies with all ethical standards.
  • Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards.
  • Greets customer and assist customer to identify type of vehicle that meets their needs.
  • Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
  • Communicates sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount.
  • Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales.
  • Provides complete review of vehicle features and benefits during sale process.
  • Researches availability of models and optional equipment.
  • Engages in business development.
  • Addresses customer concerns.
  • Engages customers after sale for follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
Job Requirements:
  • Sales experience preferred, yet not required.
  • Professional appearance and strong communications skills.
  • Basic computer skills a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Enthusiastic and Team-oriented.
  • Submit to and successfully complete pre-employment screening.
  • Valid in state driver's license.

Experienced Automotive Technician
Doug Chevrolet is currently seeking quality minded mid-level technicians to join our team. Technician responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing vehicles, maintaining high customer satisfaction and meeting productivity and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an organized neat and safe area.
  • A focus towards maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Ability and desire to learn to diagnose and repair basic systems to become certified in a minimum of 5 areas with a preference for brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling and electrical.
  • Change oil and/or transmission fluid and filters.
  • Install batteries and checking electrical systems.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Learn to install parts including shock absorbers and exhaust systems.
  • Ability to road test vehicles and evaluate needs.
Qualifications:
  • Experience of 2-5 years in automotive repair preferred.
  • ASE certifications
  • A high level of motivation and energy
  • Must have a clean & valid Driver's License.
  • Must have tools

Responsibilities:
  • Appointment setting for the sales department
  • 20% Inbound calls--scheduling customer appointments
  • 80% Outbound calls--follow up with those who express interest (no cold calling)
  • Email/Chat messages
  • Consistent use of scripts
  • Log all customer information
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Call Center, Collections, or Inside Sales experience a plus!
  • Team player mentality
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and driven personality.
  • No outbound call reluctance
  • Strong Computer, Internet, and typing skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work rotating shifts to include some Saturdays. NO SUNDAYS
