I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email in regards to my last survey answers where I stated I was not happy with my last service experience. The email that I received asked when would be a good time to call me. I responded back at 9:05 AM, 'You can call me now' and I even included my phone number. As of 3:10 PM, I have not been contacted. If there was an attempt and I missed it...no voicemail was left.

We liked that Cristin Caldwell and Jon Bird did not pressure us. There was not a circus atmosphere with our names on a whiteboard at the dealership. We told them what we were looking for, they showed us some vehicles within those parameters, answered questions and then let us talk things over. These two make a great tag team for your sales department. Jon was new to this dealership, and they between the two of them, they were enthusiastic, had all of the answers or knew how to find out. They were friendly but not overly so. We will definitely encourage friends to patronize Doug Chevrolet, and to specifically ask for one of these salespersons. We are very happy with our purcahes and feel that Doug Chevrolet was fair on our trade-ins. Thank you!

First I did a drive by looking at a used truck when I was approached by Rod Nichols and I thought oh no here we go, but to my surprise I had a nice 10 minute conversation with him and he gave me his business card so then I left . I was totally shocked that there was no pressure what so ever and that Is why I called him a couple days later I test drove the used truck and discovered that I didn't like it and as we were sitting in the showroom we talked about the Silverado on the showroom floor and the bottom line is that showroom truck is the one that we drove away with.

My services advisor was excellent and friendly. Helped me to be able to get my work done by seeing I had transportation and keeping me informed of the progress on my vehicle. I am completely satisfied.
Until my most recent visit, Doug Chevrolet has been fantastic, 5 stars. However, this time I'm left feeling like I wasted a bunch of money for nothing. Of my $2886 service bill, $900 was to fix my a/c. While I believe there were repairs made to the a/c unit, it did not solve the problem. I took the vehicle back in a second time to have the a/c looked at again. I was told my a/c works. Someone drove my vehicle and reported cold temperatures. I'd love to know where the temperature gauge was located. My wife and I are yet to feel even slightly cool air on a day that is over 80 degrees. We're left feeling frustrated with Doug Chevrolet and feel like we just wasted $900 for no results.
Everyone in the Doug Chevrolet Service Department was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The routine service was performed efficiently and faster than expected. The customer waiting room is pleasant and the whole experience was positive.
